No Chargeback & No Refund Policy

IMPORTANT: BY USING THE POSTDEVIL SERVICE, CREATING AN ACCOUNT, SUBSCRIBING TO ANY PLAN, ADDING FUNDS TO YOUR WALLET, OR PURCHASING POSTAGE OR SHIPPING LABELS, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THIS NO CHARGEBACK AND NO REFUND POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.

1. All Sales Are Final

All payments made to PostDevil ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any products, services, subscriptions, wallet deposits, postage, shipping labels, or any other charges are final and non-refundable. This includes, without limitation:

  • Subscription Fees: Monthly or annual subscription plan payments (Starter, Growth, Scale, or any other tier) are non-refundable, including partial periods, unused time, or unused features.
  • Wallet Deposits: Funds added to your PostDevil wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wallet funds cannot be withdrawn, converted to cash, or transferred to another account.
  • Postage & Label Purchases: Shipping label costs, postage fees, carrier charges, and all related transaction fees deducted from your wallet are non-refundable, regardless of whether the label was used, voided, or the shipment was completed.
  • Carrier Surcharges: Any carrier surcharges, dimensional weight adjustments, address correction fees, or other carrier-imposed charges are non-refundable.
  • Add-On Services: Fees for additional features, integrations, API access, or premium support are non-refundable.

2. No Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate, file, or otherwise pursue any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal of any payment made to PostDevil through your bank, credit card company, payment processor, or any other financial institution.

Filing a chargeback constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in:

  • Immediate Account Termination: Your PostDevil account will be immediately and permanently suspended without notice.
  • Forfeiture of Data & Funds: All account data, wallet balances, shipping history, labels, templates, and associated records may be permanently deleted.
  • Collection Actions: We reserve the right to pursue collection of the disputed amount plus all costs, fees, and expenses incurred as a result of the chargeback, including but not limited to chargeback fees imposed by our payment processor, administrative costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
  • Reporting: We reserve the right to report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities and credit reporting agencies.
  • Blacklisting: Your payment method(s), email address, and associated identifiers may be permanently blocked from future use of the Service.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the billing period.
  • Your account will be downgraded to the Free tier at the end of the billing period.
  • Access to paid features will be revoked when the paid period ends.
  • Any remaining wallet balance will be retained in your account and can be used while the account remains active on any tier.

4. Free Trial Terms

If you signed up for a free trial, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • A valid payment method is required to start the free trial.
  • Your payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
  • It is your sole responsibility to cancel before the trial period expires if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
  • Charges incurred after trial expiration are non-refundable, even if you forgot to cancel or were unaware the trial had ended.
  • Free trials are limited to one per user, per household, and per payment method. Abuse of free trials may result in account termination.

5. Carrier Disputes & Shipping Issues

PostDevil is a technology platform and does not act as a shipping carrier. For issues related to lost, damaged, or delayed packages:

  • Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier according to their policies and procedures.
  • PostDevil is not responsible for carrier performance, delivery failures, package loss, damage, theft, or delays.
  • PostDevil is not liable for any direct or indirect costs arising from shipping issues, including but not limited to replacement product costs, reshipping fees, customer refunds, or business losses.
  • Refunds for carrier-related issues (if applicable) are at the sole discretion of the carrier and are subject to their terms and timelines.

6. Service Errors & Discrepancies

In the unlikely event of a billing error, duplicate charge, or system malfunction that results in an incorrect charge, you must notify us within seven (7) calendar days of the charge by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and, at our sole discretion, may issue a credit to your PostDevil wallet (not a cash refund) if we determine the charge was made in error.

Any credit issued for billing errors will be applied to your PostDevil wallet and is subject to the same non-refundable, non-transferable terms as regular wallet deposits.

7. Rate Discrepancies

Shipping rates displayed by the Service are estimates based on the information you provide and carrier rate tables available at the time of the quote. Actual charges may differ due to:

  • Dimensional weight adjustments by the carrier
  • Address corrections or reclassifications (e.g., residential vs. commercial)
  • Fuel surcharges, peak season surcharges, or carrier rate changes
  • Incorrect package dimensions or weight provided by you
  • Carrier audit adjustments after shipment

You are responsible for all actual carrier charges. Rate differences are not grounds for a refund or chargeback.

8. Account Termination by Company

If the Company terminates your account for violation of our Terms & Conditions, Acceptable Use Policy, or this No Refund Policy:

  • No refund of any kind will be issued for subscription fees, wallet balances, or any other payments.
  • All wallet balances and associated funds are permanently forfeited.
  • Access to all account data, shipping history, and labels may be permanently revoked.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, carrier service disruptions, internet outages, cyberattacks, or other force majeure events. No refunds or credits will be issued for service interruptions caused by force majeure events.

10. Waiver of Rights

BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU EXPRESSLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHTS YOU MAY HAVE UNDER ANY FEDERAL, STATE, OR LOCAL CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS THAT WOULD OTHERWISE ENTITLE YOU TO A REFUND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

11. Severability

If any provision of this No Chargeback & No Refund Policy is held to be unenforceable, invalid, or contrary to law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its original intent.

12. Acknowledgment

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, adding funds to your wallet, or using the Service in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this No Chargeback & No Refund Policy. This policy forms an integral part of the Terms & Conditions governing your use of the PostDevil Service.
